1、"Hard press soft" printing structure of "reverse first and then positive", each color group has an independent impression cylinder. Adopting the multi-color machine feeding method, before the paper enters the impression cylinder for printing, part of the paper dust is removed by the transfer roller, reducing the number of shutdowns caused by the accumulation of paper dust. Since the reverse side is printed first, the reverse side is embossed twice, reducing If the reverse side of the printed matter is scratched, the quality of the printed matter will be higher.
2、The operation space of the upper and lower groups is large, especially the height of the operation space of the lower group reaches 1.32 meters, (80% of customers do not dig trenches) the safe operation of the operators is effectively guaranteed.
3、There are no redundant paper transfer rollers between color groups, less handover times and higher quality of printed matter.
4、The paper transfer shares a single feed edge, and this feed edge is as small as 6-8mm;
5、2+2 adds ink channel clutch system.
