Spray Type Textured Geomembrane Device

Brief Introduction:

This device realizes single and double-sided roughening of online geomembrane, changing the original secondary molding.It includes a couple of screws and sprayers.Firstly heat plastic materials at high temperature,then spray the molten plastic granule onto the surface of geomembrane and cool to obtain a textured geomembrane.Intelligent communication control and high degree of automation are available for the entire production line.

Product Advantages:

The quality of the product extruded through this device is better than other geomembrane equipments, which guarantees various performance of the geomembrane and increases the adhesion to the geotextile.Since the spray roughening method is secondary roughening after the production of the geomembrane,the raw material requirements for geomembrane production are loose.Moreover,this equipment can work with blown film equipment or calendering equipment to produce textured geomembrane.
