The furnace body rotating system consists of spokes, upper and lower annular rails, roller guide frames, pin-tooth drives, motor reducers, etc. The furnace body rotates at a certain speed, 136~720h/360º(adjustable from one week to one month)
The motor, reducer, and friction coupling of the furnace body rotating system are all imported (Sumitomo, Japan). The torque transmitted by the friction coupling can be adjusted to protect the motor and reducer from damage due to overload.
The rotary operation signal of the furnace body is connected to the DCS system, and there are two types of control: automatic and automatic.
