The product complies with the requirements of the E DIN 21061:2020 standard. The product's load-bearing capacity is more than 25% higher than that of G80 grade products. It is forged from high-strength, high-toughness CrNiMo alloy steel, machined precisely at a high level, and undergoes professional equipment heat treatment. All products undergo 100% magnetic particle flaw detection and 100% 2.5 times WLL load deformation tests. The product is subject to strict sampling inspection tests for mechanical properties such as tensile strength, fatigue, and low-temperature impact by a professional institution-certified rigging inspection laboratory to ensure the safety of the product. The surface of the product is coated with anti-corrosion using electrostatic spraying plastic powder and then undergoes constant temperature curing.
