The product is mainly used for the safe and rapid connection between chains and strong links, master links, hooks and other accessories in G100 grade complete chain slings. It is widely applied in industries such as aerospace, shipping, ports, docks, mining, marine, military equipment, etc., as well as domestic complete lifting equipment manufacturers. The product complies with the requirements of the E DIN 21061:2020 standard. Its load-bearing capacity is more than 25% higher than that of G80 grade products. The product is forged from high-strength and high-toughness CrNiMo alloy steel, precisely machined and heat-treated by professional equipment. All products undergo 100% magnetic particle flaw detection and 100% MPF deformation test under 2.5 times WLL load. All load-bearing pins undergo 100% eddy current testing. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength, fatigue and low-temperature impact of the product are strictly sampled and tested in the professional sling inspection laboratory certified by a professional institution to ensure the safety of the product. The surface anti-corrosion of the product is formed by electrostatic spraying of plastic powder and constant temperature curing.
