From the supplier
The machine bed adopts T-type integral structure (X-direction is stepped structure). The column moves in X direction, the spindle box moves up and down in Y direction, and the table moves in Z direction.
The worktable adopts tiltable rotary table, and the A and B axes adopt worm gear transmission with high torque, which is suitable for low-speed and heavy-load cutting, and the A and B axes can be driven by torque motors, which has the advantages of fast dynamic response, no backlash, no mechanical wear of the transmission, and is suitable for high-speed, high-precision and light-load cutting.
The spindle can be equipped with low-speed, high-torque mechanical spindle or high-speed electric spindle according to the processing object.
The up and down movement of the spindle box (Y-axis) adopts hydraulic balancing device, which eliminates the unevenness generated by the self-weight during the up and down movement of the spindle box and improves the accuracy of Y-axis.
The machine is equipped with five axes of X, Y, Z, A and B, which can realise five-axis and five-linkage machining of various complex parts.
