The cost of gun type is lower than that of tube type

Scope of application

It is used to seal, insulate and fill wide joints, gaps and cracks, and can keep warm, cold, dry, sound and damp. Such as gaps between partitions and ceilings, holes between window frames, door frames and walls, gaps between roofs and chimneys, seals around walls, ceilings and roof pipes, and holes and damages on walls. It can be used for bonding a variety of materials, such as metal, wood, stone, concrete and a variety of synthetic materials, such as polyester, polystyrene foam, PVC plastic and rigid polyurethane foam.

User's Guide: Shake the bottle vigorously before use, and fill half of it when filling. After 60 minutes, the gel will expand to 2 to 3 times the original size. Large gaps can be filled layer by layer. After use, the bottle should be placed vertically. After the colloid is completely dry, it can be cut, polished and painted. If it is used outdoors, it can be coated with a layer of emulsifier protective colloid.

How to use gun type foam adhesive:

① Take a polyurethane foaming gun and clean it with polyurethane cleaner to ensure smooth operation;

② Take another bottle of foaming agent, hold the middle part of the tank with your hand, shake it at least 20 times along the horizontal direction of the tank, and ensure that the prepolymer in the tank is fully mixed;

③ Remove the protective cover of the valve on the thread ring of the foaming agent, remove the cleaning agent on the foaming gun, and install the foaming agent can body onto the interface of the foaming gun along the thread;

④ Hold the handle of the foam gun tightly to ensure that the material tank is placed above and the foam gun is under the material tank. Open the flow regulating valve at the back of the foam gun;

⑤ Align the gun head with the bottom or inside of the part to be filled, gently pull the trigger to start construction. The proper flow can be adjusted through the flow regulating valve behind the foaming gun.

⑥ After one tank is sprayed, if it needs to be filled, the empty tank can be immediately removed, and the foaming agent can be reinstalled according to the method in point ③ to continue the construction.

⑦ After the construction is completed, the material tank shall be removed in time, and the foam gun shall be cleaned with a special cleaning agent to prevent the residual materials from solidifying and blocking to damage the foam gun.

Storage

It can be stored vertically at room temperature for 12 months.

Inhalation of volatile gases may irritate the skin and mucous membranes, especially the respiratory mucosa, causing an over stimulated allergic reaction. Therefore, prevent inhalation of volatile solvent during use. People with allergies, asthma and respiratory diseases should not use this product. Avoid contact with skin, preferably gloves.

Precautions when using styrofoam:

A. Before gluing and installing the door frame, it is better to spray some water on the wall, so that the fixing is faster, the expansion force is small, and the stability is good.

B. Be sure to fix it.

C. Apply glue from bottom to top and from left to right. Because the styrofoam adhesive has a certain aftereffect, the muzzle of the gun should be hit against the side of the wall, not against the side of the door frame. The sealant should be filled 50% of the gap. The sealant will slowly and automatically fill the gap. This not only saves the glue, but also reduces the expansion force, and also ensures that the glue in the deep gap can fully absorb water. The speed of sealant application should be uniform to ensure that the door will not be damaged by expansion. Many customers said that the door was damaged due to improper use.
