Polyurethane foaming machine is a special equipment for polyurethane foam infusion foaming. As long as the performance indexes of the polyurethane component raw materials (isocyanate component and polyether polyol component) meet the requirements of the formula. Through this equipment, uniform and qualified foam products can be produced. It is made of polyether polyol and polyisocyanate in the presence of foaming agents, catalysts, emulsifiers and other chemical additives, and foams through a chemical reaction to produce foam. Polyurethane foaming machine can be used for automobile interior decoration, thermal insulation wall spraying, thermal insulation pipe manufacturing, bicycle and motorcycle seat sponge processing.
Features of polyurethane foaming machine:
1. Metering standard: A low-speed high-precision metering pump is used. When the material temperature, pressure and viscosity fluctuate, the mixing ratio is unchanged to achieve the highest genuine rate;
2. The pouring head has advanced structure, reliable performance, convenient operation and simple maintenance, and can be used for three-dimensional movement of front, back, left, right and up and down;
3. Computer controlled pouring volume and automatic cleaning.
Performance of polyurethane foaming machine:
It is controlled by a computer controller. The computer controller uses today's advanced MCU unit embedding technology. It has accurate time, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The alarm relay prompts the completion of the previous injection and prepares for the next injection.
Foaming principle of polyurethane foaming machine:
The two component liquids of A and B are accurately mixed and mixed at a high speed, and two high-precision metering pumps are used to deliver the two component liquids to the mixing head. After high speed and strong stirring, the material liquid is evenly sprayed out to form the desired product.
