Introduction:
This jaw crusher is the most elemental equipment as the primary crusher in the crushing plant. It is good at crushing various materials with a compression below 320 MPa.
This jaw crusher series has been widely applied in the fields like mining, construction, metallurgy, highway construction, railway construction and water conservancy due to
its high capacity, stable performance, easy maintenance and low cost. Compared with other crushers, the jaw crusher has additional superiorities like the low reduction ratio,

The working principle:
The motor drives the belt wheel to makes the movable jaw plate up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable
jaw gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to the required fineness. When the movable jaw plate is down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes
smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.

The unique design of crushing chamber may help to increase the material utilization. And the jaw plate can be used repeatedly by reversing the plate, which can help to achieve an even abrasion,

This crusher has been widely used at home and abroad. The spring system is used to relief the damage to the crusher of foreign matters as the overload protection system.

there is little over-crushing samples, which may relief the abrasion of the movable plate.
