Product Introduction
PA 1500 is a weakly-oxidized bactericide developed for the features of papermaking and pulp production process. It not only has the characteristics of oxidizing bactericide - fast sterilization speed and high sterilization efficiency, but also has the advantages of non-oxidizing bactericide - long sterilization effect, strong resistance to high organic load and good compatibility with other chemicals. PA 1500 is widely used in microbial control in the production of pulp, paper and paperboard. It can effectively kill bacteria and fungi in the papermaking system, significantly reduce bacterial contaminants in the entire wet system, and greatly improve the cleanliness of the paper machine.

Fast and efficient sterilization; long-lasting sterilization effect; resistant to high-organic load; better inhibition and removal effect on biofilm; better compatibility with papermaking chemicals and production equipment.

Method of usage
PA 1500 is applied to the high-level overflow tank, white pond, pulp pond and other parts of the paper making process, and can be applied continuously or intermittently according to the process requirements, with a concentration of 100-200ppm (based on the water consumption or holding capacity of the water system). It is added every 8-12 hours when applied intermittently.
Packaging and storage
Packed in 25kg, 200kg or IBC polypropylene plastic drums; protected from sun and rain during transportation; stored in ventilated and dry place below 40℃; avoid freezing, heating or direct sunlight. The shelf life of the product is six months under the required storage conditions.
Note: The product should be used after complete thawing, avoid pouring the thawing liquid when partially thawed. The effective components and performance of the product will not be affected after complete thawing.
