From the supplier
Pholiota Nameko (scientific name: Pholiota nameko, English name: Nameko Mushroom), also known as slippery mushroom or pearl mushroom, its products are instant or cooking foods made from fresh Pholiota nameko through processes such as selection, cleaning, blanching, drying, slicing (or keeping the whole mushroom shape), seasoning, etc. The most distinctive feature of Pholiota nameko products is that the surface of the mushroom cap has a layer of natural mucus, which is rich in polysaccharide components. It has a smooth and delicate taste, a delicious and mellow flavor, and the color is mostly yellowish-brown or light brown. It retains the original nutrition and flavor of Pholiota nameko, and is an edible fungus product with both taste and health value.
