The LN87 Series is one of the three basic models of the LN8 Series pressure-balanced single-seat control valves. It is a cage-guided, pressure-balanced single-seat control valve featuring a split cage structure and high-performance metal piston seals. It boasts excellent dynamic stability, high control accuracy, large allowable pressure difference, low operating force, large flow capacity, and a wider applicable temperature range. Detailed Description

The LN8 Series control valve is a cage-guided, pressure-balanced single-seat control valve. It obtained the TÜV ISO15848 certification in 2019. Adopting a split cage structure and high-performance balanced seal rings for sealing, it is suitable for fluid control under normal temperature and initial heating working conditions. The bellows-sealed type is available. It has been applied thousands of times in industries such as fine chemicals, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

The LN83/85 Series cage-guided control valves utilize a fluid pressure-balanced valve plug, with guiding on the inner wall of the cage and a floating press-fit self-centering valve seat structure. They offer excellent dynamic stability, low operating force, erosion resistance, large allowable pressure difference, easy installation and disassembly, and low maintenance costs. These valves are suitable for harsh working conditions involving high pressure difference, high noise, high erosion, and various high and low-temperature media.

The LN83/85/87 Series adopt a three-piece split cage, combined with optional O-ring seal type, spring-energized seal type, or piston seal type, achieving excellent control accuracy and a higher seat leakage rate.
