LA1-D series auxiliary contact blocks are installed on the top of CA2-D control relay or LC1-D AC contactor for expanding the couples of auxiliary contacts points.Owing to adopting the contacting functions of sliding frictions,then item can be self-cleaning & ensure the electric circuit to be reliable.

The AC contactor is mainly composed of four parts:
(1) Electromagnetic system, including attraction coil, moving iron core and static iron core;
(2) Contact system, including three sets of main contacts and one to two sets of normally-open and normally-closed auxiliary contacts, which are connected to the moving iron core and linked to each other;
(3) Arc extinguishing device, the AC contactor with a larger capacity is generally equipped with an arc extinguishing device, so as to quickly cut off the arc and avoid burning out the main contacts;
(4) Insulated housing and accessories, various springs, transmission mechanisms, short-circuit rings, terminals, etc.
working principle:
When the coil is energized, the static iron core generates electromagnetic attraction, which attracts the moving iron core.Because the contact system is linked to the moving iron core, the moving iron core drives three moving contact pieces to act simultaneously, the main contact is closed, and The auxiliary normally closed contacts that are mechanically connected to the contacts are opened, and the auxiliary normally open contacts are closed, thereby turning on the power. When the coil is powered off, the suction force disappears, the moving iron core linkage part is separated by the reaction force of the spring, the main contact is opened, the auxiliary normally closed contact mechanically connected to the main contact is closed, and the auxiliary normally open contact is opened To cut off the power supply.
The main contact is used to control the motor and other equipment for the main circuit; and the auxiliary contact is used to control the circuit and play a controlling role. The sequence is that the main contact and the auxiliary normally open contact act first, then the auxiliary normally closed contact.
