JH21 Series Pneumatic Punching Machine

High quality steel plate welded body, all subjected to tempering (or vibration aging) shot blasting treatment, with good rigidity and stable accuracy. Vertical crankshaft, compact structure, crankshaft rolling treatment, good smoothness, and flexible rotation; Rectangular six sided extended guide rail with high guiding accuracy. Pneumatic dual balance cylinder, balancing the weight of the sliding block and the upper mold, reducing impact and noise, eliminating the gap between the connecting rod and the sliding block, reducing the impact and wear of the stressed parts, and improving the forming accuracy of the parts. The overall system adopts imported PLC centralized control, and the pneumatic circuit is controlled by imported safety dual valve, which can achieve inch movement, single and continuous stamping. Key components such as sliders, guide rails, workbenches, connecting rods, and flywheels are all made of resin sand. Compared with general clay sand manufacturing, it improves surface roughness by 1-2 levels and increases dimensional accuracy by 2-3 levels. JH21-60 and above tonnage products adopt electrically adjustable mold height and high-quality configuration. Key components such as pneumatic components, electrical components, seals, buttons, etc. are all imported.

Features

1. C-shaped bed structure: The machine body features a "C"-shaped open structure, with the front, left, and right sides open, providing ample operating space for mold installation, workpiece placement and removal, as well as mechanized and automated feeding.
2. Fixed workbench: The workbench is directly fixed to the bed frame, providing good structural rigidity. However, compared to a lift-table press, when adjusting the mold closing height, it requires a slider adjustment mechanism and cannot lift the entire workbench.
3. Compact structure and low cost: Compared to closed-type presses, open-type structures have simpler manufacturing processes and require less material, resulting in a lighter overall weight, smaller footprint, and relatively lower manufacturing and maintenance costs.
4. Suitable for small and medium-sized stamping operations: primarily used for processing small and medium-sized stamped parts such as punching, blanking, bending, and shallow drawing. The nominal pressure is generally below 1000kN, suitable for standalone machines or simple automated production lines.
5. Convenient operation and maintenance: The open structure makes mold replacement, equipment debugging, and routine maintenance more intuitive and convenient, which is conducive to improving production efficiency and equipment accessibility.
