IHK series centrifugal pump for chemical engineering is a pump for chemical industry, which is designed and manufactured according to international standard. It has a novel design, unique structure, strong adaptability, especially suitable for transmitting liquid containing solid particles and various suspended liquids in such industries as petroleum, chemical, grease, domestic chemical, medicine and food, etc. With different materials, the pumps can transmit in an excellent way all kinds of corrosive liquids. The transmitting temperature of the pump normally is -20°C~180°C, and up to 350°C for those with special structure. Generally, the pumps are made of stainless steel or carbon steel. They can be of other materials on request.

Structure and Features: 1.IHK pump mainly consists of pump body, wear-proof disk, impeller, mechanical seal, pump cover, intermediate support, shaft, suspension body, and adjustable bearing cup, etc.  2.The pump rotates in CCW viewing from the suction side.  3.The structure of the pump meets international standard. It is of horizontal structure and sectioned radially, door is at rear. With extended coupling, it is not necessary to dismount pipe and motor to disassemble the pump, it’s easy to maintain and wash.  4.The impeller of the pump is of conic open structure, applicable for transmitting liquid with big particles and high concentration (up to 10%), is featured by high lift, small flow, low cavitation allowance, etc.  5.The shaft seal of the pump employs power seal plus mechanical seal, it’s safe and reliable.  6.The wearable part on the end cover of the impeller is replaceable or adjustable, is easy to maintain, and production cost is low.  7.Axial compensation can be done for the rotor. It has a long service life.  8.The mechanical shaft seal will use different materials depending on the media to be transported, so as to provide reliable seal.
