Production Information:
Description :PSA hot melt Adhesive glue used for courier bag
It is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for courior bag tape.
It is with good machinability and provides good penetration and wettability to various substrates, high tack and bonding strength.
Attention:
- The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.
- Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
- The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system) - The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C)
and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bonding
