High Glossy Aluminum Composite Panel is three coat technology, primer coating, top coating and FEVE high glossy clear coating, through high temperature laminate system, aluminum and PE core composite together with the high polymer adhesive film. FEVE fluorocarbon resin is formed by copolymerization of fluorinated olefin with alkyl vinyl ether or alkyl vinyl ester. High gloss can be obtained by crosslinking and curing FEVE resin with polyurethane curing agent, and coated with FEVE varnish can improve the chemical corrosion resistance of the coating and the UV barrier ability.

Performance characteristics:

1. The gloss is high, the normal PVDF color gloss is about 20%, but the high gloss can reach more than 80~90%.

2. The colors are brighter. High-gloss products use FEVE varnish to make the colors brighter and more vivid than normal products.

3. With super weather ability, excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, the PVDF coating brushed ACP, in the normal outdoor environment, can provide quality assurance for 8-15 years.

4. Good performance, easy processing, light weight and good flatness.

5. The adhesive polymer film with 0.05 mm thickness and 60% content of polymer material possesses ultra-high peeling strength.
