Instructions
- 1. First, clean the surface of the adhesive to be (avoid water, oil and other impurities) and select the appropriate hot melt glue gun
- 2. Insert the glue stick into the innermost part of the glue gun, plug in the power supply, preheat for 3-5 minutes, then gently press the trigger to extrude the melted glue. At this time, the glue temperature is very high, do not touch it directly with your hand to avoid being scalded.
- 3. In the process of use, if one glue stick can't be taken out at one time, just leave it in the glue gun. Plug in the power supply and preheat it for 3-5 minutes next time.
Precautions
Problem of leak adhesive：After the glue gun is finished, there is unreleased pressure in the glue gun. Under the action of inertia, there will be a little glue dripping, which is a normal phenomenon.
Pour glue problem：During the preheating period, the solid glue has not fully melted into liquid glue. At this time, the glue is very sticky and the glue outlet is small. At this time, pulling the trigger forcefully will cause the glue to overflow.
Continue to glue problem：After the glue stick is completely used, the new glue stick can be put in. Do not pull out the unused glue stick to avoid damaging the glue gun.
Use of:It is recommended to preheat for 3-5 minutes before use. When the glue gun is working, keep the nozzle down. When not in use, please turn off the power in time. Do not heat for a long time to avoid damaging the glue gun
