Grinding plant
Introduction:
Grinding Plant is made of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electrovibrating feeder, main unit, optional equipment, blower, centrally electric control system, etc. According to customer's specific requirement, we can choose high pressure suspension grinding mill or high pressure micronizer.
Design:
The grinding plant is a complete set of crushing and grinding equipments for specific powder grinding. Of course, the key machine in the whole procedure is sure the high pressure grinding mill. However, if you ask for a higher output and a lower fineness, we would recommend the sand grinder (conical mill) for you as a better alternative. Crushing machines will crusher the raw bulk materials to a proper fineness so that it will be more efficient to grind them with the professional grinding plant. Our grinding plant is a flexible one, which you could changer the layout on your own request, It is definite a great helper for powder grinding and production.

Process overview:
After the massive material is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher (1), the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator (2), and then the material is uniform, quantitative and continuous by the vibrating feeder (3) It is sent to the grinding chamber of the main frame (4) for grinding. The powder after grinding rises with the airflow of the blower and is classified by the separator (5). The fine powder conforms to the large cyclone collector (6) through the pipeline through the airflow, and is separated and collected, and then discharged through the powder outlet valve to be the finished powder. The air flow is sucked into the blower (7) by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector, and the above cycle is repeated. The entire airflow system of this machine is a closed cycle, and it is circulating under negative pressure. In the grinding chamber, because the material to be ground has a certain water content, the heat generated during grinding causes the water vapor to evaporate, and the pipelines of the machine are not tightly connected, so that the external air is sucked in, which increases the circulating air flow. In order to ensure that the mill works under negative pressure, the increased air flow is discharged into the bag dust collector (8) through the residual air pipe between the blower and the main frame, and is discharged into the atmosphere after being purified. The electric switch (9) controls the operation of the whole complex.
