       Rubber rollers are mostly driven by a single belt with constant rolling speed of 2 rollers. Since the rubber of the 2 rollers are the same, which results in the differences between the abrasion of 2 rollers, but the lining speed is the same with the abrasion of rollers, the ripping declines gradually and husking percentage decreases substantially. To avoid this diadvantage, when two rollers' diameter difference is 5mm, the machine must be suspended and tranposition two rollers, so that a reasonalbe lining speed difference is retained. Thus a pair of new rollers should be transformed 7 or 8 times from installation to used up. It takes about 30 minutes to suspend the machine, and to assemble and un-assemble fixture when transposition rollers. With wave operation, it will consume more time with greater labor intensity of operating workers and the econmic benefits of rice-milling companies will be influenced.

        The successful invention of free-transposition rollers solves this problem completely. According to the abrasion rate of rubbers, it adopts different formula, classifies a pair of rollers as the fast one and the slow one, and produces them respectively to maintain the same abrasion during different revolving speed. Thus, the difference of the lining speed is always maintained within a great range.

        Free-transposition rollers have noticeable advangates. Fristly, useless abrasion of rubber can be decreased, which can prolong rollers' life. Secondly, the time of transposition rollers can be saved, which can reduce the labor intensity of workers. Thirdly, it is conducive to parallel operation of many machines to adapt to large-scale continuous production.
