1. vertical corn silo roof

Silo roof is made of galvanizing sheet.

Silo roof vent,ladder,manhole,safety handrail is set on the roof as our standard design.

2. vertical corn silo body

The grain silo bin is made of high quality hot-dip galvanizing steel sheet corrugated by special equipments, Body sheets are connected by high yeild bolts, the thickness of silo sheet is designed according to the constant strength theory. There are stiffeners fixed on the body ,which is used to bear the vertical friction force and support the grain silo body;The bolts and nuts are fixed with spherical waterproof washers. There are Aviation special waterproof rubber strip between the silo sheets. The grain silo is equipped with round door, inside and outside ladder, ladder protecting wire net and ladder platform.

3. vertical corn silo bottom fundation:

Silo bottom fundation is made of concrete. We will give you the foundation design according to your soil test and you make the foundation by yourself.

4.Wide Flange I-Beam Support Structure:

Wide flange I-Beam support structure has the strength and durability to support the heavy hopper silo loads long time, and with consideration of wind,snow, seismic requirements.
