Structure and Principles

Composition: It consists of an inner tube (flexible tube), an outer tube (fixed tube), a top support plate, a bottom base plate, and a regulating device (nut + handle / plug).
Adjustment method: The height can be roughly adjusted by the flexible inner tube, and then fine-tuned and locked using a threaded nut or a plug to achieve compatibility for different floor heights, with an accuracy of up to millimeter level.
Surface treatment: Different colors in the picture represent different anti-corrosion processes (spraying paint, galvanizing, etc.), enhancing durability.

Core purpose

Template support: During concrete pouring, temporary supports are provided for the floor, beams, and columns to hold the templates and bear the weight of the concrete and construction loads.
Structural reinforcement / renovation: During house renovations or wall removals, temporary supports are used for load-bearing components to prevent structural deformation.
Bridge / tunnel construction: Temporary supports and positioning for small components.
Main features
