Core Function
It is a one-time tensioning component that is installed between the aluminum formwork on both sides of the wall. The two ends are fixed with pins. Its functions are:
Fixing the spacing of the formwork: Ensuring that the thickness of the poured wall is uniform, without wall expansion or runaway.
Withstanding the lateral pressure of the concrete: Resisting the pushing force of the concrete during pouring, maintaining the stability of the formwork.
Key Features
Material: Generally made of high-strength manganese steel, with strong tensile strength and less prone to deformation.
Installation Method: Fixed directly on the aluminum formwork through the round holes at both ends, and the installation speed is fast.
Post-construction Processing: After the concrete is removed, the tension pieces remain in the wall, and the exposed parts can be broken off. Unlike traditional screws, it does not need to be passed through the wall or clean the holes, greatly reducing the later repair process.
Compatibility: Available in different length specifications, corresponding to different wall thicknesses (such as 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, etc.).
Additional Note
It is the key component of the "wall-penetrating-free, repair-free" construction process of aluminum formwork. Compared with traditional screws, it has higher efficiency and wall formation quality, and is now a standard part in the aluminum formwork system of residential projects.
