Ⅰ、Product Overview
The Flat Tie is a core tensioning and fixing accessory in concrete formwork engineering. Stamped from high-strength carbon steel/alloy steel, it works with formwork back ribs and clamps through the long holes at both ends to accurately control wall thickness, balance the lateral pressure during concrete pouring, and prevent formwork expansion or displacement. Its flat structure is compatible with aluminum formwork, steel formwork, wood formwork and other formwork systems, widely used in the construction of cast-in-place concrete structures such as shear walls, basements, bridge piers, etc., and is a key component to ensure wall forming accuracy and structural safety.
