Diesel water pump unit of air cooling system
Air cooled diesel engine is an internal combustion engine which uses diesel as fuel to convert the heat energy released by fuel combustion into electrical or mechanical energy. Most of them are used in geological exploration, oil exploitation, military and other special industries, most of them are small horsepower engines.
The manufacturing process of air-cooled diesel engine is higher than that of water-cooled diesel engine, and the requirements for heat resistance, wear resistance and expansion coefficient of materials used are also higher. The air-cooled diesel engine is easy to start, economical to operate and adaptable to the environment, which is welcomed by the majority of users. Attention shall be paid during operation: after starting, the engine shall idle at a low speed for a while, the standby temperature shall rise, and the engine shall be put into operation after the oil pressure is normal, so as not to damage the parts due to the excessive rise of the engine temperature; after stopping the operation, the engine shall not be shut down immediately, so that the diesel engine idles at a medium and low speed for a while, and the standby temperature shall be properly reduced before it is shut down; during operation, the engine temperature shall not be too high, and the air-cooled diesel engine completely depends on the fan The air flow is strong enough to cool the engine body, and the working temperature is no more than 120 ℃ (higher than that of water-cooled diesel engine)
Air cooling is also known as air cooling. It uses air as the medium to transfer the heat from the heated parts of the diesel engine. This kind of cooling engine is usually composed of fan and air guide cover. In order to increase the cooling area, the outer parts of cylinder block and cylinder head are made into folded sheets. When the fan is working, it will absorb the air and flow along the air guide cover to the surface of cylinder block and cylinder head. When air flows through the cylinder block and cylinder head, it takes away the heat from them.
