The compression testing machine is a kind of testing machine suitable for all kinds of compressive loading. It can be used to test the compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of various high accuracy, simple and easy to use.
1. Fixed beams are adopted with high rigidity.
2. Using C3 high precision spoke weighing sensor, it is not affected by temperature, and has high precision, good stability and good output linearity.
3. The suspension type large diameter spherical seat is designed with advanced grinding technology. The spherical surface roughness is up to 0.2 micron, and the surface coincidence is over 95%.
4. High- performance two- way cylinder, fast oil return, zero leakage, good repeatability and linearity.
5. The test space is large, the distance between the upper and lower pressure plates is 115-450mm, which is convenient for test expansion and verification and calibration.
6. With imported silent internal meshing gear pump and pressure differential servo technology of oil source system, the noise is lower, the temperature rise of hydraulic oil is better controlled, and the temperature of hydraulic oil is normal under 24 hours normal working condition. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight and stable performance.
7. It has abundant fixture, fixture, deformation measurement and other accessories, which can meet various needs of customers.
8. The machine paint is sprayed with plastic technology, which is abrasion resistant, dirty resistant and easy to clean.
9. Force measuring cabinet:
Novel embedded design, can withstand the voltage range of 85 - 250V, anti-interference performance is stronger.
10. Using touch screen and keyboard double control mode, the appearance is neat and beautiful, to meet the preferences of different technicians.
11. Using Windows system control software, elastic modulus E, upper yield strength ReH, lower yield strength ReL, plastic extension strength Rp, tensile strength Rm, total extension strength Rt, yield point elongation Ae and other technical parameters can be automatically obtained.
12. Automatic data acquisition and processing by computer and synchronous screen display of test data and test curve are adopted.
13. The experimental curves can be enlarged locally and compared by superposition of multiple curves.
14. The test software supports the simultaneous control of compression and bending resistance of the test machine, which can greatly provide the efficiency of the equipment.
