Butt-welded metal hard-sealed butterfly valve
The precise elastic sealing ring of the double-ended metal hard-sealed butterfly valve comes into contact with the chrome-plated and polished sealing surface of the butterfly plate. The two are perfectly integrated, featuring high temperature and high pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, etc. Therefore, the double-ended metal hard-sealed butterfly valve is widely used in pipes for different media such as heating, steam supply, water supply, gas, oil products, acids, and bases, with a medium temperature of ≤ 550℃, for regulating flow, cutting off or connecting the flow of fluids.
Product features
The double eccentric sealing structure of the valve stem axis is offset by a dimension A from the sealing surface of the butterfly plate, and is also offset by a dimension B from the axis of the valve body channel. When the butterfly plate is opened from 0° to 90°, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will separate from the valve seat sealing surface faster than the single eccentric structure. When the butterfly plate rotates from 0° to 8° to 12°, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate can completely separate from the valve seat sealing surface. This enables the butterfly valve to have a shorter relative mechanical wear and compression stroke between the butterfly plate and the valve seat during the opening and closing process, thereby reducing mechanical wear and compression deformation and improving the sealing performance and service life of the butterfly valve.
The valve seat is equipped with a "U"-shaped stainless steel sealing ring. It has certain elasticity. Regardless of high or low temperatures, it maintains excellent sealing performance with the butterfly plate.
2. It is a metal-to-metal wire-sealed butterfly valve. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of welded stainless steel or welded hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
3. The streamlined design of the butterfly plate, the connecting rod, and the wear-resistant bushing, among other parameters, enable this butterfly valve to have excellent sealing performance, as well as resistance to temperature, pressure, wear, and corrosion.
4. This valve can be designed with either flange connection or socket connection.
5. The driving method can be selected as manual, electric or pneumatic.
