BRIEF INTRODUCTION

The short tube filler in hygienic design is used to fill beer or carbonated soft drinks in glass, aluminum or PET bottles. The filler is blocked with crown cork capper, screw capper and/or ring pull capper according the project requirements and is driven by frequency controlled motors. The bottles are supplied to the filler in handling parts, designed for quick changeover and made from high wear resistant plastic material. Both cold fill and warm fill up to 15°C is possible. Bottles are pressurized with CO2 and filled under counter pressure. The fill height is either controlled by vent tubes or electric probes followed by a multiple step pressure release. All parameters can be easily adjusted on the HMI. The filer is equipped with oxygen measurement, fully automatic CIP and COP process and safety separation plates and spraying system to avoid contamination with broken glass. All parts of the filler are designed for easy cleaning and sterilization.

●Cap infeed with magnetic suction for deformation below 0.001%, simple structure and easy cleaning. Cap turner design for jamming below 0.002%, high efficiency and capping accuracy, maintenance-free.
●Circular carbon dioxide gas protection device for HDE nozzles as option.
●A rinser for none returnable glass bottle or aluminum bottle can be blocked as option.
