Steam is utilized to sterilize the bags and filling heads to make sure the whole filling process like cappers removing,product filling and steaming is under aseptic condition.The machine is specially designed for filling of fruit & vegetable juice,paste,jams,fruit pure,milk and pulp.Triowin developed the first twin-head aseptic filler with automatic rotary pallet feeding sytem in China market.It is mainly composed of aseptic filling heads,pallets in and out conveying system,weighting,operation & PLC control system and operation platform etc.
