The main parts of the trimming system include rotating trolley, two trimmers in symmetrical, slitting machine for separation, two combined manipulators, belt conveyor, safety fence, pneumatic system, lubrication system, safety system and electric control system. It can complete full-automatic trimming forming, and the maximum trimming length and width is 2100 mm * 1100 mm.  

Process flow: after the molding, door liner is transporting to the rotary trolley home position,  → the rotary trolley holds the door liner → the rotary trolley bring the door liner to the trimmers, the trimmers cut the four edges → the manipulator 1 pick up the trimmed door liner and place on the support of the slitting machine and  separate the door liners → the manipulator 2 picks up the two door liner and place them onto the belt conveyor → the belt conveyor transport them to the unloading position, and operator will take it away.
