The production line is used for production of refrigerator body foaming .The line has N sets of fixture according to the capacity requirements. It is using negative pressure foaming process, and it suitable for fluorine-free foaming production.
The line mainly consists of N sets of foaming fixture , manipulator for PU material pouring, every station has a manipulator, two-way two couplets transporting manipulator (X-Y circle movement), workbench for centering, preheating oven, conveyors in oven, conveyor of refrigerator cabinet loading and unloading, ventilation system, platform system, water heating system, Vacuum and pipeline system, hydraulic system, mold change system, electric control system.
