The adjustable base jack for disc-lock scaffolding, also referred to as adjustable screw base jack or threaded base jack, is a load-bearing adjustment accessory at the bottom of the disc-lock scaffolding system. It adjusts height through a threaded structure, mainly used for supporting and leveling the bottom of scaffolding vertical poles, transferring the upper load of the scaffolding to the foundation or hardened ground. It adapts to the standardized erection of disc-lock scaffolding and is widely used in the bottom foundation treatment scenarios such as full hall scaffolding and support frames in construction projects.
. Adjusting Nut: Equipped with a cross rotating handle for easy manual twisting to adjust height, made of cast steel with strong impact resistance and wear resistance.
. Screw Rod: Hot-rolled from Q235 or 45# steel, the surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing/electro-galvanizing for rust prevention, with high thread precision and smooth adjustment without jamming.
. Base Plate: A square/circular bottom plate formed by stamping thick steel plates, which increases the contact area with the ground, disperses the load, and has no virtual welding or missing welding at the welding joints.
. Connecting Sleeve: Precisely sleeved with the lower end of the vertical pole of the disc-lock scaffolding to ensure the stability of the vertical installation of the pole.
. Elevation Adjustment: Fine height adjustment within the range of 100mm - 500mm, solving the problem of leveling scaffolding vertical poles caused by uneven ground.
. Load Dispersion: Disperse the concentrated load of scaffolding vertical poles to the ground through the large-area base plate, reducing the risk of foundation bearing pressure.
. Stability Enhancement: Rigidly connected with the vertical poles of the disc-lock scaffolding, and cooperates with the adjustment function to ensure the overall verticality of the scaffolding and improve the stability of the system.
