The CD welder is designed to output large instantaneous current in a short discharge time, so the thermal influence such as deformation and discoloration is minimal after welding. Low power CD welding machine is suitable for welding precision parts; high power CD welding machine is suitable for multi-point projection welding, ring projection welding, and seal projection welding.
The main features are as follows:
1. Low requirements on the power grid and no impact on the power grid
Due to the principle of CD welding machine is charging capacitor by a small power transformer and through the resistance welding transformer with high power to discharge of workpiece, so it is not easy being affected by the fluctuation of the power grid, and due to the charging power is small, the impact on the grid is smaller than the ac spot welding machine and secondary rectifying spot welding machine with the same welding ability.
2. Short discharge time and little thermal influence
As the discharge time is less than 20ms, the resistance heat generated by the parts is also conductive and diffused. The welding process has been completed and cooling has begun, so the deformation and discoloration of the welded parts can be minimized.
3. Stable welding energy
When the charging voltage reaches the set value, it will stop charging and turn into discharge welding, so the welding energy fluctuation is extremely small, ensuring the stability of welding quality.
4, the extreme current, suitable for multi-point, ring convex welding, pressure seal welding process.
5, Do not need water cooling, save energy.
Because the discharge time is very short, long time use will not produce overheating; CD welding machine discharge transformer and part of the secondary circuit almost do not need water cooling.
