Controller function:

1. Welding voltage's range is 100V-900V.

2. Welding voltage's accuracy is ±1% or -2 ~+5V.

3. It can automatically calibrate welding current.

4. It supports totally 64 welding programs on the programmer. And 16 welding programs are
available for external IO. (The external IO's program selection is signal multiplexing.)

5. It supports proportional valve function: The output voltage is 0-10V.

6. It has total three independently welding voltage for each weld: Welding Voltage 1,Welding
Voltage 2 and Welding Voltage 3. For welding voltage 2, you can set up to 9 pulses for it. And
there are also independent welding voltage and current monitoring function for welding 1,2,3.

7. With the proportional valve: it can achieve stepper pressure and saddle pressure. It supports
two kinds of pressure setting modes; one is percentage mode and the other is KN mode(this
function is optional).

8. Automatic Repeat Welding Function: When the real time welding current is lower than the
lowest-set value,the welder will automatically execute the repeat welding and the repeat
welding times can also be set by the user.

9. The dressing pressure is independently adjusted. When in dressing mode it will switch into
dressing pressure.The value of the cylinder's going up and down pressure's value can be
different.

10. The communication port: One RS232 (Modbus RTU protocol. Baud rate is fixed at 115200bps, 8 data bits, 1bit is stop bits,and three is no odd-even calibration),and one RS485 (Modbus RTU
protocol.Baud rate is fixed at 19200bps, 8 data bits, 1bit is stop bits, and three is no odd-even
calibration) .This is convenient for transferring data out.

11. Electrodes dressing and replacement function: There is an alarm for dressing and replacing
electrodes.And welding spots number for pre-alarm can be set.

12. Counter for Welds: This welder can count shift production, total production, and total welds. It
can monitor the missing welds or more welds.

13. This welder has self-protecting functions: It can detect water flow and water temperature.With
this function,it can prevent overheating damage to the equipment.

14.  Alarms recording function: It can record 512pcs alarm messages.
