Ethylene Bis Stearamide

It is synthetic wax which has high smoothness and high melting point. It al* does not dissolve in general solvent under normal temperature , but it can be used as additive of resin in dispersed state, gel state or solid state, also it can be used as additive of master batch, ink, paint, coating etc. It can solves in mixed xylene, terpene, paint coating, naphtha, butanol, methyl solvent and high boiling point solvent on its own melting point or above. But it dissolves in low boiling point solvent, including water, ethanol, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, glycerin. It has the property including high temperature lubrication, low temperature anti-stick, significantly improve the surface smoothness of the product.

Product purpose

This product is mainly used as molding, polishing and injection molding lubricant for ABS, PE master batch, rigid and transparent PVC, PS, PA, POM and PC. Generally 0.3-5% is added, which has no impact on ther*ability of plastic, appearance, tone and transparency of thin film. It can also be used as lubricant for highly filling PP, surface brightening agent, anti-sticking agent and levelling agent for printing ink, painting and coating; as wire drawing lubricant for metal processing and powder metallurgy; as dispersing agent and lubricant for ABS master batch and PE modification master batch, lubricant for plastic sheet and anti-foaming agent for papermaking industry.
