3. Electroplated galvanized wire mesh (first welded and then galvanized)

4. Galvanized wire mesh (galvanized before welding)

5.PVC coated welded wire mesh (color optional)

6. Stainless steel welded wire mesh

If you have any of the above needs, we can all provide. And here we are going to highlight electric galvanized welded wire mesh. Electric galvanized welded wire mesh is the cheapest of the above products, and the most widely used. It has a normal zinc coating 8-10g/sqm, so nearly all of them are the same, you just pick up the best service. Electric galvanized after welding is more corrosion resistant than galvanized first than welding, because the welding spot is difficult to avoid during the welding process, which can be avoided perfectly if the final galvanization is used. The entire net is separated from the air by a layer of zinc, and corrosion protection is enhanced.

It should be noted that Galfan wire (also known as zinc-aluminum alloy wire) is a special kind of existence, it is more expensive, but due to the material itself, during the welding process, the zinc layer will automatically cover the welding joints, so this kind of material is first galvanized before welding, but the corrosion resistance can be 30-50 years, compared to the ordinary hot-dip galvanized wire about 20 years, it is at least 10 years higher.
