As the impeller rotates at high speed, the magnetic suspension vacuum pump rotates, humid air is sucked into the impeller and pressurized at high speed; the single-stage turbo vacuum pump is pressurized by one impeller and discharged from the diffuser and volute; the multi-stage turbo vacuum pump is composed of multiple impellers. Gradually compress to create a higher vacuum. When air is sucked in at different levels, different vacuum levels can be created.
This product is an intelligent turbine equipment developed based on magnetic suspension bearing technology, high-speed permanent magnet motor technology, high-frequency vector frequency conversion technology and high-efficiency fluid machinery technology. It saves energy by 30- 70% and saves water by 100% compared with traditional equipment. It is widely used in papermaking industry. Energy-saving renovation of vacuum dehydration process.
