The low-pressure screw air compressor cement conveying system is tailor-made for powder conveying. It uses an energy-saving permanent magnet variable frequency electric drive instead of the diesel engine drive. It is equipped with a dedicated screw air compressor for low-pressure cement conveying, which not only effectively controls dust, but also reduces noise well. It completely solves a series of problems such as high noise, high fuel consumption, moisture of cement, hardening and waste in cement silos, ash from the silo roof and pollution of the environment, and even explosion of warehouses during unloading. At the same time, the transportation time is reduced by 50%, which brings benefits to the bulk cement unloading at the mixing station.

The low-pressure powder conveying system of the screw air compressor concrete station adopts six-layer safety protection. The pressure of the entire pneumatic conveying system is constant and controllable. The safety protection automatically stops or releases the pressure when the system over-pressure. It can avoid safety accidents such as pipe explosion, warehouse explosion, and dust remover explosion caused by overpressure;
The intelligent low-pressure powder conveying system of Xinran screw air compressor concrete station can implement intelligent management of the feeding. When the operator connects the wrong feeding pipe, the air compressor will not be able to operate, start and supply air, fundamentally solving the problem of feeding wrong materials.

The system power of 37KW can provide 10 cubic meters of compressed air per minute, and the transportation efficiency is 30%-50% higher than that of the original diesel vehicle system. Taking a 50T powder tanker truck as an example, the original 60-minute transportation time has been compressed to the current 35 minutes.
The outlet temperature of the compressed gas output by the low-pressure dust conveying system of the Xinran screw air compressor concrete station drops to about +10 degrees ambient temperature, which is far lower than the factory temperature of the cement, which can effectively eliminate the problem of continuous production in the mixing station due to the excessive temperature of the cement in the warehouse.
Environmental Protection
During system operation, the noise drops from above 100 decibels to an extremely low of 70 decibels. The unloading operation is no longer limited by time, and 24-hour unloading and unattended can be achieved;
