The production process of the machine is as follows: the bottle in the air delivery channel is transmitted to the 3-in-1 filling machine.The rotary plate of the bottle press is equipped with a bottle mouth stainless steel bottle clip, bottle clip clip the bottleneck along a guide rail flip 180 to turn the bottle mouth down.In a specific area of the bottle press, a special nozzle emits bottle water to flush the inner wall of the bottle, and also flush the outer wall of the bottle.After rinsing and draining, the bottle is flipped along the guide rail and then 180 to turn the mouth up.The washed bottles are exported by the bottle washer and delivered to the filling machine.The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottleneck tray stuck bottle port, and achieves rise and fall under the cam through the lifting mechanism.The filling machine adopts gravity filling method, the filling valve starts to fill, and the filling ends when the material rises to the position of the back hole.After filling, the bottle mouth drops from the filling valve and the bottle enters the screw through the transition dial.The stop knife on the screw der stuck the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation.The rotary cover head maintains the public rotation and rotation on the rotary cover machine, and realizes the action of grasping cover, cover, rotary cover and off cover under the action of the cam to complete the whole sealing process.The finished bottle is transmitted from the rotary cover machine to the outgoing bottle delivery chain through the outgoing bottle dial wheel, and the three-in-one filling machine is transmitted from the delivery chain.The whole machine equipment adopts floor-to-ceiling window sealing, beautiful and generous.
