I. Overview:
The WKD-6 device offers the world's most advanced AC coupling technology. This represents the most precise and stable monitoring technology available today, particularly suited for continuous emission recording and data accumulation. The working principle of this monitoring system is to utilize the charge induction generated by dust particles flowing around the probe to determine the online emission rate (mg/sec) or emission concentration (mg/m3) of dust particles. Under relatively stable combustion conditions (i.e., at the same emission point, with no significant changes in flow rate, temperature, pressure, humidity, and soot particle properties, with variations less than ±90%), this system can also be used for online monitoring of emission concentration (unit = mg/M3) after direct calibration.
II. Principle:
The WKD-6 dust concentration detector measures the electrostatic charge induced by dust particles passing through a fixed probe. The dust particles induce an electrostatic charge on the probe, which is amplified and transmitted to the monitoring and control system. The magnitude of the electrostatic charge is proportional to the flow rate of dust particles. The high-tech electronic circuit of this system converts this charge into a control signal output, triggering an alarm for excessive dust emissions, and simultaneously records the total amount or concentration of dust particles continuously.
III. Features and Advantages:

4. The 4-20mA current output from the integrated transmitter inside the junction box is electrically isolated from the dust sensing probe, ensuring safe signal transmission.
