This WPC grille is made of high-quality natural wood powder/bamboo powder and food-grade eco-friendly PVC resin as core raw materials, together with high-performance eco-friendly additives. It is manufactured with industry-leading high-temperature and high-pressure co-extrusion molding technology through a fully automatic numerical control production line.
The substrate features a dense and uniform structure with extremely high stability, which accurately restores the texture and feel of natural wood in a 1:1 ratio. The color is warm and full with no obvious color difference. After multiple processes of grinding, shaping and anti-aging treatment, it effectively avoids the shortcomings of traditional solid wood grilles such as easy cracking, deformation and moth-eaten damage.
