Q1. When can I get the quotation?

A1: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the

price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q2. What kind of files do you accept for drawing? Can you do the design for us?

A2: PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG, etc. We have a professional team having rich experience

in product design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas

into perfect packing boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us

high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will

send you finished files for confirmation.

Q3. What is your MOQ？

A3: As we are the factory, we have very competitive price but we have the strict MOQ as below: 50-100pcs

each model for test order, 200 pcs each model for repeated order.

Q4: Do you offer free sample?

A4: Sorry, no. We have to remake the sample from the very beginning and we have to charge the sample with

the expensive labor cost. But the sample cost will be refund to you once the item be placed the bulk production

order. When you become to our VIP partner customer, we can provide you the free samples and product development services.

Q5. How long can I expect to get the samples?

A5: The samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days, and will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-7 days.

You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account. In addition, we have a professional

quality inspection team will check the samples for you and make professional reports and product assembly instructions

for your reference.

Q6. What about the lead time for mass production?

A6: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. 35-45 days after receipt of the Original

L/C or Deposit. In the process of order production, we will provide the schedule of order production for your reference. In

addition, we have a professional quality inspection team will check the quality of your order and make professional reports

for your reference. In order to better promote the sales of products, we can provide product pictures and video shooting

services.

Q7: What's the shipping way and freight cost?

A7: We are just factory, not the shipping company. So we just can offer the general idea of the freight cost. It is better you

google your local forwarder shipping company which may offer you the better freight. Usually it is better for wholesalers or

retailers order a full container 20FT or 40HQ for saving money.

Q8. What is your terms of delivery?

A8: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q9: What kind of qualification or certification do you have?
