Button Making Process

How to use

Step 1. Prepare pictures

(1) Print out the pictures on normal paper

(2) Cut the picture to proper size by paper cutter (MSPC-1/2 or stand cutter), the size of picture should be the same as mylar.

Step 2: Set moulds

(1) Set the top mould.

(2) Set the bottom mould on the machine.

Step 3: Make badges

(1) Put the badge metal shell into the A mould.

(2) Put the picture on the metal shell

(3) Then put the mylar on the picture, press the button making machine.

(4) Put the pin back (with pin pre-pinned already) into B mould(metal back needs to put the gasket first).

(5) Move back the slide plate to the B mould, press the button making machine.

Button Making Process
