LN87W Series Bellows Control Valve
Brief description: The LN83W/85W/87W series bellows single-seat control valve is based on the single-seat pressure balancing structure of the LN83/85/87 series control valves, and adds a bellows sealing structure. The pressure-resistant elastic stainless steel bellows is placed inside the support component and connected with the valve stem together. It forms a dual seal with the packing, eliminating the risk of medium leakage. It is suitable for regulating highly toxic, flammable, explosive, volatile and rare precious metal media with small pressure differences.
Detailed Introduction
The LN83W/85W/87W series of bellows single-seat control valves are based on the single-seat pressure-balancing structure of the LN83/85/87 series control valves. They add a bellows sealing structure. The elastic stainless steel bellows is placed inside the support component and connected to the valve stem. Together with the packing, it forms a double seal to eliminate the risk of medium leakage. They are suitable for regulating highly toxic, flammable, explosive, volatile and rare precious metal media with small pressure differences.
LN83W/85W/87W series , based on LN83/85/87 series structures, Sealing bellows are increased. The pressure-proof and elastic stainless steel bellows is tightly seal-welded to the valve stem and upper adapter ring. For safety reasons the construction includes a standard stem sealing packing as back-up in case of bellows failure. LN83W/85W/87W series are available for process fluids when stem leakage can't be tolerated at all(e.g. toxic fluids).
