Lubrication system
New design of national patent rear cover, increase the built-in oil channel slot, oil filter and oil radiator. It has effectively solved the problems of high noise, high oil temperature and poor oil cleanliness in the long term response of the market. It integrates the four functions of filtering, cooling, regulating pressure and chamber cover lubrication. It is the first world-leading lubrication management system in China. It makes the oil cleaner, the engine less noisy and the service life longer.
Combustion system
The fourth generation combustion chamber with middle protruding nozzle and high injection pressure fuel system is adopted. The ultra-low friction coefficient steel piston ring, the top graphite coated piston and the high-precision cylinder liner of the ceramic technology are selected. The whole system is high temperature resistant, wear resistant, corrosion resistant, long time use without leakage and oil channeling, efficient and durable.
Bearing and gear
We choose high precision carburizing and quenching alloy gear, precision up to 7, high transmission efficiency, super wear-resisting, effectively reduce the noise chamber cover. The tianma bearing produced by the top cold rolling system in China is selected, with high precision, reliable and wear-resistant, to create a smooth, precise and efficient engine motion system leading the industry, which greatly increases the service life of the product.
Intake and exhaust system
Efficient wear-resisting, valve-train by carburizing and quenching alloy camshaft, import the powder metallurgy valve seat, bridge surfacing welding alloy valve, forged steel rocker assembly, valve, valve guide, The valve seat ring is made of special material metallurgy by the joint venture company. The super wear-resistant valve pair processing technology not only ensures the stable operation of intake and exhaust system, but also improves the reliability of the whole machine and ensures the efficient offshore operation.
Fuel system
The use of oil and water separation diesel filter, effectively remove impurities and moisture in diesel oil, to ensure fuel cleanliness, reduce the failure rate of fuel injector, extend the service life of the engine;
In addition, we have optimized the fuel injection system, and selected the THREE fuel injection pump and fuel injector, which has good atomization effect and more fuel oil. While achieving DORA fast running, it also realizes efficient real fuel saving and emission reduction.
Appearance
Patented water tank, oil tank and chamber cover, new blade appearance design, fully display the charm of lines, perfect sports style. Honeycomb mesh reinforcement is used for gear compartment cover. High strength, the compartment cover will not deform.
