From the supplier
1. Primary Target Raw Materials:
a) Agricultural Film
- i. Main component: PE/PP plastic film.
- ii. May contain a portion of mixed straw.
- iii. Ensure effective pretreatment control (sediment content should ideally be ≤1%; test with sample material on the production line).
- iv. Moisture content ≤7%.
b) Floating Plastic Films from Paper Mill Recycling
- i. Main component: PE/PP film.
- ii. Ensure effective pretreatment (select floating materials and achieve cleaning standards; test with sample material on the production line).
- iii. Moisture content ≤7%.
2. Reinforced Fiber Additives:
- Locally source suitable fiber materials. Recommended: Cotton-polyester waste textile fibers.
3. Target Product:
- Logistics pallets. Recommended: Specialized integrated-molding pallets.
4. Production Line Specifications:
a) VCT3000 Fully Automated Line
- 3-minute cycle time, producing 2 pallets per cycle (example: 1.2m x 1m pallet).
- i. Maximum material processing capacity: 24 tons/day.
- ii. Two operators per line.
- iii. Peak power: 400 kW; stable operation: 300-350 kW.

- i. Single-step thermal melting.
- ii. Low raw material requirements (compatible with mixed plastics).
