Upholstery staples are ideal for upholstery projects, cabinet assembly, fabric applications, light wood assembly, screen installation, and automobile interior work.

Stapling Wire: 2 kilo plastic reels, 3-1/2 kilo reels, 10 kilo reels
15 kilo reels plus spools of 100 kilos
Section Forms: Round Wire, Flat Wire
Finish: Bright Galvanized Iron Wire, Copper Coated Iron Wire
Product Advantages
1. Upholstery staples are galvanized steel provides a very thin layer of coating with a measure of protection against the elements. Over time these fasteners may corrode. Not recommended for ACQ Treated Lumber.
2. It used for furniture upholstery, dust covers, cabinet backs, tv/stereo screening, felt insulation, roofing felt, case backs, molding, shoe-making, taxidermy, screen door assembly and repair.
3. Both types are operated through air operated staplers and vary in leg length from 4mm to 16mm maximum – the most popular size for general upholstery work tends to be 10mm. Shorter lengths are used when the piece being recovered is thinner for example window pelmets and car door panels.
4. The 80 series type is 21 gauge (slightly thicker wire than the 71 series) galvanised with a 12.8mm crown. The larger crown and slightly thicker gauge helps when fixing very fine materials such as vinyl and breathable membrane.
Packaging and Container Loading
- SS crown staples are packaged in boxes, with each box containing 10,000 or 5,000 staples, depending on the size.
- The boxes are labeled with the staple size, brand name, and other necessary information.
- They are packed securely to prevent damage and ensure that the staples remain in good condition until used.
