We are proud of inventing the first tube ice machine in the world. Over 80 years of manufacturing experience strengthens its advanced ice making technology.
Tube ice is a kind of hollow cylindrical ice with external diameter 22, 29, 35mm and length 25～42mm. The hole diameter is usually 5～10mm and it can be adjusted according to ice making time.
Features: Tube ice is thick and transparent with long storage period. It isn't likely to melt in a short time.
Application: Daily eating, keeping vegetable and seafood fresh, etc.
The main part of the tube ice machine is the evaporator, which is composed of the barrel and many vertical steel pipes inside, and the bottom is the water tank. The water separator on the top of the evaporator sprinkles water evenly into each tube in a spiral manner. The excess water is collected by the bottom water tank and pumped back to the water separator on the top of the evaporator. The material of the evaporator is made of SUS304, PE, aluminum alloy and other materials, and the excessive rounded design is adopted so that there is no dead space for cleaning inside the equipment. The sanitation level reaches the international HACCP and FDA certification standards. The special alloy material combined with the unique heat treatment process makes the evaporator have the best thermal conductivity.
