tube chain conveyor is used for conveying bulk material of powder and granular and small lump materials. In a closed tube the chain as drive component to convey the material flow in the tube. When use horizontal conveying the material can bear the thrust from moving direction. When the friction of the material layer is bigger than the friction between material and the outer wall, the material move forward along the chains and form a stable stream; when use vertical conveying, material particles was subjected upward thrust from the chains. Because the lower feeding material s prevent the material flow down so that generate lateral pressure, which enhance the internal friction of the material. When the internal friction of the material is greater than the friction between outer material and inner wall of tube the material will be conveyed with the chains and form continuous material stream.
