General Information It is a dihydrochalcone-type natural sweetener extracted from the Lithocarpus litseifolius (sweet tea) plant. It has no calories and has the function of lowering blood sugar. Product Features 1. The sweetness of trilobate is 300 times that of sucrose. It is a natural sweetener with high sweetness and no calories. The sweetness is refreshing and pure, with a faint tea flavor and sweet aftertaste. It can be used as a food enhancer. 2. After compounding with erythritol, isomalt, maltitol, and other polysaccharide alcohols, the sweetness, taste, and flavor characteristics can be similar to sucrose's. 3. Non-hgroscopic, nondeliquescent, good stability, easily soluble in hot water and ethanol, solubility in water at room temperature 25°C is 0.7g/L. 4.
